Graphic Design & Production Intern

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Design & Production Intern to support our marketing and creative team. This internship provides hands-on experience in both design development and production execution across digital and print platforms, with a strong focus on brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and production of marketing materials including social media graphics, email campaigns, presentations, digital ads, and print collateralResize, format, and prepare files to meet specific digital and print specificationsLearn and apply brand guidelines across all creative assetsProperly implement logos, typography, color palettes, and overall brand look and feelEnsure consistency and accuracy in layout and visual presentationOrganize and maintain creative files and asset librariesProof and quality-check materials prior to final deliveryQualifications & Skills:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related fieldStrong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign required; After Effects and Premiere Pro a plus)Understanding of typography, layout, composition, and color theoryAbility to prepare print-ready and web-optimized filesStrong attention to detail and ability to follow established brand standardsEffective time management and organizational skillsAbility to take direction, apply feedback, and meet deadlinesPortfolio demonstrating design and production workWhat You’ll Gain:

Project Support

Assist in executing assigned projects from concept to completion.Provide research, drafts, or production support as needed.Maintain organized files and documentation.Support scheduling, coordination, and workflow tracking.Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all deliverables.Deliver a final recap of all the assets you have created.Environmental/Physical Demands

Work is typically performed in a standard office environment.
