The ideal candidate possesses an advanced knowledge of current design software and is skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • 3 5 years graphic design experience • Associates College degree (preferred) • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite programs: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign • Portfolio required; must complete a design test within a specific time frame • Strong creative design and layout skills • Have a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail • Ability to perform in team environment with minimal supervision • In office full-time position • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
