Key Responsibilities Assist senior designers in creating visual concepts and designs for various media, including print, digital, and social. Develop layouts for marketing collateral, advertisements, brochures, and presentations. Work with branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all design materials. Prepare design files for production, ensuring they meet technical specifications. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative concept development. Perform image editing and retouching tasks. Collaborate with copywriters and account managers to ensure design aligns with project objectives. Learn and utilize industry-standard design software effectively. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certificate in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). A strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and aesthetic sense. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
