Company Description Agricultural Justice Coalition is a mission-driven organization dedicated to advancing fairness, sustainability, and human rights across agricultural communities. The coalition collaborates with farmers, workers, advocates, and partner organizations to promote equitable labor practices and environmentally responsible food systems. Team members contribute to impactful projects that support social and environmental justice in agriculture. Strong visual design skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating work across print and digital media.Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating or evolving cohesive visual identities.Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, layout, and readability for both long-form and short-form content.Proficient in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent) and basic file preparation for web and print.Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.Strong communication skills and openness to feedback from diverse team members and stakeholders.Interest in or familiarity with social justice, labor rights, or sustainable agriculture is preferred.Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
