Graphic Design Assistant

We are seeking a Graphic Design Assistant to support our Graphics and Marketing Department. This role will work closely with our Graphic Designer and business development team to create marketing materials, manage digital content, and help maintain our brand presence across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities • Assist in creating marketing materials including brochures, proposals, flyers, and digital collateral • Develop graphics for social media, email campaigns, and marketing presentations • Support the design and layout of proposals and marketing documents • Help maintain company branding across print and digital materials • Assist with website updates and social media content • Prepare presentation materials and templates • Design infographics and visual content to support marketing initiatives • Coordinate and prepare materials for conferences, networking events, and exhibits • Assist with photography, photo editing, and basic videography when needed • Create mockups and coordinate ordering of branded company merchandise • Help mount and prepare large presentation boards and displays • Ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule Experience • Graphic design, marketing, or related field experience preferred • Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant design work Qualifications • Strong attention to detail and organization • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback effectively • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Interest in staying current with design trends and marketing practices
