Graphic Design Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client support & Graphic Design Assistant. This multifaceted role blends graphic design, customer service, and print production support. You’ll be responsible for handling client interactions, providing accurate price quotations, and producing high-quality print and digital designs that align with project needs and brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in graphic design, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy working with clients, solving problems, and bringing creative ideas to life, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Production

Create visually compelling and on-brand graphics for print, digital, and social media platforms.
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Illustrator) to develop design assets based on project requirements.
Perform typesetting, layout adjustments, and color management to ensure quality and consistency.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet creative and production goals.

Client Services & Order Management

Assist clients via phone, email, and in-person with print, promotional, and design projects.
Accurately enter and manage orders using our proprietary production management software (training provided).
Prepare and deliver project quotes, timelines, and updates to clients throughout the order process.
Communicate effectively with vendors, coordinate project needs, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator.
Strong understanding of design principles including typesetting, layout, and color theory.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
A portfolio showcasing your design work is required.
Experience in a print production or print shop environment is a plus but not required.
