Ignite Social is a Twin Cities social media agency that helps local businesses grow online. We're small, scrappy and growing fast. I'm looking for a right hand who wants to grow with us.

About the Role

This role is mostly graphic design, with some assistant work mixed in. One day you're designing client graphics. The next, you're organizing my calendar, researching a new tool or tackling something that didn't exist yesterday. You'll have real responsibility from day one.

What You'll Do

Design social media graphics and carousels in Canva using each client's brand style
Help with light video editing and content prep
Manage scheduling, inbox organization and follow-ups
Research tools, trends, competitors and new opportunities
Keep client folders, content calendars and project boards up to date
Take on new tasks as they come up and own them from start to finish

Experience

1 to 2 years in graphic design, social media, admin or assistant work (a mix is great)
Comfortable in Canva and Google Drive (Rella or other scheduling tools are a bonus)
Your own computer and reliable internet

Schedule & Pay

$16 to $20 per hour, based on experience
10 to 20 hours per week, with room to grow as the agency grows
Part-time W-2 position
Flexible schedule. Set your own hours as long as deadlines are met
Hybrid: mostly remote, with some in-person work required in the Twin Cities
