Graphic Design Assistant

The leader in Specialty Tea, Bigelow Tea is seeking a Graphic Design Assistant to support the Graphic Design Lead in overall design and visual content needs for the Bigelow brand and the Sales & Marketing department. • Video creation and editing – highly skilled and proven ability to bring visuals, copy, music into short and long format videos • Photo editing and retouching – highly skilled in photoshop with proven ability to edit, retouch, resize images • Assists with the creation of Amazon content and other retailer ecommerce sites, supporting ongoing product and lifestyle images and video needs • Social Media – well versed with Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platform specs and requirements, and works closely with the Social Media team to align on ongoing creative needs ensuring execution aligns within role • Supports ongoing website content needs inclusive of images, gifs and other motion graphics, and videos, working within specs for desktop and mobile application • 3D renderings as needed for presentations or sell sheets • PowerPoint presentation template design as needed • Supports Digital Asset Library/Salsify maintenance • Away From Home Merchandisers like Tea Chests • Sports Marketing and Billboard creative as needed • Trade Show creative for banners, ads, images, and other collateral • Advanced user in Adobe creative suite required, particularly Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Light Room • Video creation/editing skills are required • Proficient in PC windows operating system – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint • Familiar working within a spec/dieline • Ability to be able to design and release art to vendor provided specifications • Creative thinking with an exceptional eye for detail • Assists with approving color standards • Executes against creative briefs • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written • Can easily collaborate at all levels of the organization and across other functional areas • Well versed in social media channel requirements • Time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, can easily pivot as needed and manage multiple projects at one time • Marketing and Social Media experience a plus • Self motivated, eager to learn and seeks to understand
