The Graphic Design Associate must be a flexible, adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable shifting between design, content creation, and collaborative support as priorities evolve. This is a contract position which has the potential to become a salaried role after three months. deal candidates will have the following qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree in visual or graphic design • Graphic design experience in a nonprofit, policy, or advocacy setting, a plus • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or other design tools. If offered full time position after three- month contract, the annual salary range is $60,000 to $75,000 with generous benefits package including health, dental, life and long-term disability insurance; 403(b) contribution; and paid time off.
