Graphic Design Associate

Alliance Hospitality Group is a growing company and we are looking for team members to grow with us. This role will work closely with the Director of Marketing to execute thoughtful, brand-forward design across print and digital platforms. We are looking for a designer with strong technical skills, a refined aesthetic, and the ability to bring bold, concept-driven ideas to life while maintaining consistency across multiple brands. • 2–4+ years of professional graphic design experience • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) • Experience with multi-page layouts and print production • A strong portfolio that demonstrates both creative concepting and production execution • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage timelines and shifting priorities • A designer who understands how to adapt visually across different brand identities • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide personalized recommendations to guests. The physical requirements listed below are examples of those the Graphic Design Associate may need to perform in order to carry out essential job functions: • Persons performing service in this position will exert 30 pounds of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
