Graphic Design Associate PRN Days

About the position Includes illustrating, layout and design, photography, videography, formatting, etc. Designs and creates layouts for ads, brochures, booklets, letterheads, envelopes, business/appointment cards, invitations, programs, flyers, etc.Ensures integrity of hospital forms, updates forms accurately and in a timely manner, and creates copy/design for new hospital operational forms, as needed; follows up with appropriate stakeholders to ensure accuracy.Designs and prepares print forms, business cards, signage, fliers and other printing needs of ETCH- owned physician groups and councils departments and staff on hospital style and regulations for design.Maintains logo and branding integrity, and corporate identity standards on all hospital materials including logo usage and template formatting and ensures hospital style and regulations for design are followed in all projects.Designs and produces materials based on requests and consultations with Children’s Hospital staff, departments, and physicians, and develops format, layout/design, chooses photos, creates needed illustrations, makes suggestions for paper, ink, etc. in a considerate, helpful, and courteous manner, as observed by management and peer input.Utilizes hospital resources and time respectfully and accountably, and remains cost-conscious when making decisions on printing, papers, supplies and vendors.Able to collaborate with team, but able to work independently in order maintain deadlines.Photographs Children’s Hospital events and providers, including color correcting and retouching photos.Shoots, edits and produces video aligned with East Tennessee Children’s Hospital brand including short and long form content.Requirements preferredPhotographs Children’s Hospital events and providers, including color correcting and retouching photos.Shoots, edits and produces video aligned with East Tennessee Children’s Hospital brand including short and long form content.
