Summary:

To support the Marketing Department with design projects and graphic projects along with communicating with suppliers, publications, and photographers

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Assist the Art Director, Senior Graphic Designer, and Graphic Design Associate with projects headed by Marketing DepartmentConceptualize and design artwork for marketing materials, advertising, brand packaging, trade shows, digital platforms, and internal company supportCoordinate and prepare projects for use with outside publications and vendors. Brainstorming concepts for marketing and advertisingAdmin basics, daily desk work tasks to support design projects.Interface with multiple departmentsPerforms other duties as assigned.Job duties are subject to change as directed by management

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree required2 + years graphic design experienceExcellent computer skills in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop and Illustrator), Excel (data merge from excel to InDesign) and Word Well organized and have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency-like environment.Exceptional understanding of design, composition, layout, color, and typographyExperience with multiple printing platforms and techniquesWeb experience a plus, but not required. Must be able to handle stress in a high-volume office.Team playerExcellent written and oral communication skillsPlans and organizes work for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.Communicates with courtesy and professionalism.
