Graphic Design, Print Production & Client Service Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with print production, graphic design, customer service, and day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of our print shop.

Responsibilities

Assist with print production, including printing, cutting, laminating, binding, folding, and other finishing tasks.
Create and edit artwork using Adobe Illustrator.
Work directly with customers to discuss print projects, provide design assistance, and answer product questions.
Prepare and manage work orders.
Monitor production schedules to ensure projects are completed accurately and delivered on time.
Perform quality control checks throughout the production process.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Order paper, materials, and other shop supplies as needed.
Assist with other print shop duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator is required.
Graphic design experience is required.
Basic understanding of print production and graphic design principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and phone etiquette.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Printing industry experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to use step stools and perform other physical tasks associated with print production.
