What You’ll Do • Craft Tailored Design Assets: Develop captivating graphics and design assets customized for each company within the Vertex Group, aligning with their unique brand identities • Create Compelling Content: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce engaging and technically proficient content tailored to the specific needs of each company, showcasing our innovative solutions, expertise and brand personality • Drive Marketing Campaigns: Support the planning, execution and optimization of social media (primarily LinkedIn) and email campaigns, leveraging your creative flair to maximize audience engagement and ROI • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure the unified integration of design elements, technical content and marketing campaigns to reinforce each company's strategic initiatives and uphold consistent branding standards • Standardize Marketing Processes: Implement efficient processes to standardize and centralize marketing efforts across the Vertex Group, facilitating the creation of reusable design elements, assets and templates What We’re Looking For • Creative Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong portfolio showcasing your design ability, composition/layout and creative vision • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling visual narratives • Marketing Intelligence: Understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with experience in executing social media and email campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement • Collaborative Spirit: A team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, bringing diverse ideas and perspectives to the table • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and business needs Your Benefits Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hamel, MN 55340
