Additionally, the assistant will contribute to the design and printing of special events, proofread design drafts, and help manage print orders and pickups. The Graphic Design & Communications Assistant will assist in taking photos, capturing and creating content to be used on social media, email and the Genesis website. The Graphic Design & Communications Assistant support other members of the fund development team, occasionally working outside of traditional office hours. Responsibilities • Collaborate with team members to create visually appealing on-brand administrative collateral, including various swag items, business cards, letterhead, envelopes, folders, email signatures, long-form newsletters, flyers and more under the supervision of the Director of Graphic Design. • Design assorted digital pieces for use on social media platforms and the Genesis website • Occasionally assist with basic on-going website maintenance and updates • Keep all items and print materials organized and up-to-date with agency changes • Distribute print materials to correct department upon receipt from print vendor • Support other members of the fund development team, occasionally working outside of traditional office hours.
