Founded by Ana Caruso in 2009, Stretch Is Comfort designs adult men’s, women’s, and children’s apparel including ready-to-wear, intimates, sleepwear, active wear, cheerleading uniforms, and more! Job Description The Graphic Design Coordinator will assist in creative design and photo editing for all apparel as it pertains to co-branded content for merchandise listings, website, newsletters, and all social media platforms. The Marketing Manager will provide creative direction in creating and editing content that you will be responsible for. Key Responsibilities • Serves as a creative assistance for co-branded content pertaining to merchandise listings, website, newsletters, and all social media platforms delivering stunning and impactful creative that aligns with our brand positioning • Participates in brainstorming sessions when it comes to presenting and pitching creative concepts, layouts, photoshoots and more • Needs to be a conceptual thinker and a creative motivator, while also being proactive and detail-oriented to help drive awareness and engagement with new and existing guests through visual storytelling that brings the brand to life • Assist in coordinating photoshoots and outside production companies to ensure the right images are captured for website, newsletter, social media platforms, and co-branding content • Accountable for creating and ensuring the standards and consistency of Brand identity and voice across key brand activities and guest engagement channels • Advise on timelines and needs for creative projects identifying creative resources for creative projects from brief to execution • Input on the Stretch Is Comfort brand experience (digital, newsletter, social, e-comm) to constantly stay up-to-date and fresh with competitor brands Qualifications/Requirements • Bachelor's degree • Minimum 1+ year of experience in the fashion/apparel or marketing co-branded content field at an e-commerce apparel company • Experience and knowledge of producing digital and social content along with best practices • Exceptional interpersonal skills with both internal teams and external clients • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to adapt to changing deadlines and schedules while ensuring collaboration with design team members • Self-starter that is creative, innovative, and a strategic problem solver • Ability to communicate clearly to a team on a new concept as well as assess and improve the work of the Graphic Designer in this regard • Excellent grasp and understanding of company branding and voice, tone, manner, and style • Proficient in Adobe Suite; Illustrator, Light Room, and Photoshop • Thorough knowledge in Microsoft Suite; Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Must be 18 years or older • Must be willing to work in Los Angeles, CA • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States • Must be willing to work full-time (Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm) • Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV and portfolio of past work within the fashion industry.
