Graphic Design Coordinator

The ideal candidate has experience in real estate marketing, a strong portfolio of design work, and the ability to balance creativity with efficiency while managing multiple projects. Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Visual Branding • Design high-quality marketing materials across print and digital platforms, including brochures, postcards, listing presentations, pitch decks, social graphics, and media kits • Maintain and elevate brand consistency across all assets, ensuring alignment with company and Compass brand standards • Develop and refine marketing templates to streamline production while maintaining a high-end aesthetic • Translate concepts, data, and messaging into visually compelling designs Real Estate & Listing Design • Create marketing collateral for luxury listings, new construction, and residential developments • Design property brochures, signage, digital ads, and promotional materials that highlight each listing’s unique value • Support branding initiatives for new neighborhoods and developments, from concept through execution • Design large-scale marketing assets such as billboards, kiosks, and on-site signage Qualifications • 1+ years of graphic design experience, preferably within real estate or a fast-paced marketing environment • Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design work • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) • Understanding of layout, typography, color, and brand systems • Experience designing for real estate listings or luxury brands preferred • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Detail-oriented with a highly creative mindset • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
