Graphic Design Coordinator/Marketing Assistant

The company is locally owned and headquartered in Mentor, Ohio, with a total of six locations-two in Mentor, and one each in Chardon, Elyria, Kirtland, and North Ridgeville. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Graphic Design Coordinator/Marketing Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating design projects, creating marketing materials, and supporting various marketing initiatives, including those outside of business hours. Minimum of one year of professional experience in graphic design within a marketing or advertising setting is requiredProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat is requiredStrong creative skills with a portfolio showcasing a range of design projectsKeen eye for detail and consistency in design workWorking knowledge of Meta platforms (Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, and other social media channels)Exposure to email campaign software (Klaviyo) is a plusPrior experience working on e-commerce (Big Commerce) marketing content is a plusDegree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid drivers license and ability to pass a criminal background check All candidates upon Offer of Employment will be required to submit to a Background Check, where we check for prior felonies.
