At Florida Event Decor, we're looking for a talented, highly organized Graphic Design Coordinator who can own our graphics process from concept through final application and help bring some of the most memorable events in the industry to life.

Key Areas of Responsibility
* Create graphics for event signage, scenic elements, walls, bars, displays, stage elements, dimensional pieces, vinyl applications, printed panels, and other custom decor
* Develop initial concepts, layouts, mockups, and proofs for internal and client review
* Prepare accurate production-ready artwork for printing, cutting, fabrication, and installation
* Determine appropriate file formats, resolution, bleeds, cut paths, sizing, and production specifications
* Coordinate directly with internal Production, Scenic, and Creative Account Management teams
* Obtain pricing, submit files, track production timelines, and confirm delivery requirements
* Review proofs and finished graphics for color, scale, quality, spelling, alignment, and overall accuracy
* Understand how the graphic will actually be applied or installed, not simply how it looks on a computer screen
* Coordinate vinyl, printed media, substrates, mounting methods, and other application requirements
* Troubleshoot production or installation challenges and develop solutions before they impact an event
* Maintain organized graphic files, templates, specifications, vendor information, and production records
* Track multiple projects simultaneously while meeting fast-moving event deadlines
* Take ownership of mistakes, corrections, reprints, and last-minute changes when necessary
Skills/Requirements
* Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related Adobe Creative Suite programs
* Experienced preparing files for large-format printing and/or production
* Comfortable working with dimensions, scale, measurements, bleeds, cut lines, and production specifications
* Detail-oriented with a strong eye for typography, layout, color, and brand consistency
* Able to visualize how a two-dimensional design translates into a three-dimensional environment
* Organized enough to manage multiple graphics projects and deadlines simultaneously
* Comfortable communicating with vendors and internal production teams
* Proactive about identifying potential production problems before they happen
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities and client needs can change quickly
* Accountable and willing to take ownership of a project through completion
* Experience with large-format printing, vinyl graphics, CNC/plotter files, event signage, environmental graphics, experiential design, scenic fabrication, or event production is highly desirable
