Graphic Design Coordinator

The Graphics Design Coordinator who will focus on and contribute to proposal formation for a global team supporting sales teams in North America, Europe, and Australia. The Graphic Design Coordinator will determine how to visualize the RFP response narrative by enhancing with graphics, illustrations, and formatting. The position is partnered with the Proposal Manager and tasked with coordinating, as well as providing oversight for the graphic design and final proposal formation using the company's branding standards. Responsibilities: • Design and define effective and impactful visual communication materials for customer proposals • Prioritize and manage multiple RFP assignments within the approved design specifications, RFP requirements and page/space proposal submission restrictions • Ensure proposal responses are completed with the highest quality and on schedule • Respect branding guidelines while fearlessly exploring innovative design techniques • Perform retouching and manipulation of images as well as final proposal formatting • Guide non-creative teams on design to help them build interesting and powerful design concepts that support the customer facing proposal narrative • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Traditional Art, Communications, a related field, or equivalent years of experience • 5+ years of professional experience, to include demonstrated experience with design, illustration, branding supporting proposal formation • Excellent organizational skills, schedule management skills with attention to detail • Experience working closely with a proposal management team to ensure on-schedule, seamless workflows, and the delivery of the highest quality products within a cross-functional organization, is a plus • Experience working on long documents with a large number of technical and data visualizations, illustrations and graphics designs for customer deliverables • Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite and other industry-standard design software • A self-motivated visual storyteller with the demonstrated ability to assess situations, collaborate across the organization, make timely decisions, and communicate these decisions clearly, to all levels of the organization • Ability to work on both Mac and Windows platforms • Have a portfolio that expresses a variety of technical and process flow designs Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
