Graphic Design Coordinator (FT)

Knowledge of graphic design trends and best practices.Knowledge of marketing principles.Knowledge of the printing process.Knowledge of and experience in direct mail advertising, coordination, and procurement.Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.Skill in copywriting, proofreading and attention to detail.Skill in website development/content management and social media avenues.Skill in the use of computers and various software programs, including latest design software.Skill in designing multi-page brochures and booklets.Skill in verbal and written communication.Ability to think creatively about copy and design relationship and generate innovative ideas.Ability to coordinate and design promotional materials.Ability to effectively handle stressful situations.Ability to be a self-starter and work individually.Ability to be flexible and handle multiple tasks, tight deadlines, and conflicting priorities.Ability to issue clear and concise instructions.Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays as workload demands. You may enroll in the Town of Parker benefits if you are classified as a full-time employee and have completed the eligibility waiting period of 30 days.
