Must be motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team Maintain professionalism when communicating with internal and external contacts Must be accurate and efficient with ability to meet deadlines Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Will adjust work schedule to meet departmental demands Will keep appropriate information confidential QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS: At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Must provide a link or an attachment to portfolio to be considered Portfolio should demonstrate an elevated sense of design, color, and typography and an adherence or understanding of brand guidelines Must have previous experience as a Graphic Design intern or in a Graphic Design position Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Excellent written and verbal communications and attention to detail Superior organizational skills and ability to balance multiple projects Self-starter; ability to multi-task in a highly energetic and fast-paced environment Experience with photography is not required, but highly regarded Possess a working knowledge of and passion for football is highly regarded Experience working in the sports industry is highly regarded A valid Driver's License and a good driving record Maintains a professional demeanor and appearance Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to professionally communicate with all levels of staff, management, coaches, players and vendors.
