If so, you might be the perfect candidate to help ignite our consumer’s thirst for our beverage brands in the West geography.The Riverside Pepsi Print Shop is seeking a Graphic Designer that will create point of sale designs that are customized for our retail and foodservice environment.Reporting into the Marketing Asst Supervisor for our California Print Shops, this position will be accountable for step-changing the way we communicate our brands in-store. If you’re looking for both personal and professional growth, working on our most beloved brands, this is the opportunity for you.ResponsibilitiesDevelop customized Marketing POS for our customers and our field to bring our brands to life in-storeCommunicate directly with sales representatives for approval of artCollaborate with Brand Marketing and Shopper Marketing team to ensure our designs line up with key priorities for our brands and our West DivisionCollaborate with Production Team and/or Foodservice Designer to ensure timely delivery of toolsOccasional creation of digital advertisementsTroubleshoot mechanical issues on all equipmentConducts finish work, including, cutting, laminating, and bindingAssembles parcels and prepares goods for shipping, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcelsTrack waste, spoilage, usage and inventory, and service creditsAdditional functions incidental to printing and administrative activitiesDESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:Project Management skillsAbility to weigh and manage expectationsKnowledge of layout principles, aesthetic design concepts, branding, typography and color theoryVideo editing capabilities for occasional projectsPossess the ability to take direction as well as contribute own ideasResponsive and efficientAbility to organize and manage multiple projects adhering to strict timelines in a fast-paced environment.Compensation and Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $45,000 - $71,800.Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
