• 3-plus years of graphic design, marketing and/or communications experience required. • Demonstrated ability to communicate in-person and in writing with clarity and professionalism. NPHX Church & Community Engagement Ministries support: ~80% • Collaborates with all departments in strategic, communication initiatives to reach and equip people with the gospel of Jesus. • Ensures all communication and design via posters, handouts, banners, ad slides, social media posts, ministry curriculum, marketing materials, websites and more, are easy to understand, have clear headlines and are impactful in their purpose. • Participates in all meetings for service planning, marketing, weekend service operations, volunteer care, culture building, team building, personal development and more, initiated by the Worship Arts Director.
