Graphic Design Coordinator

This position, reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, will support members of the Marketing Communications team in the design, production, and maintenance of high-quality, on-brand marketing materials for the firm. QUALIFICATIONS: Skills and Abilities • Strong mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Premiere/After Effects a plus), Canva, and advanced PowerPoint design (templates, slide masters, exporting) • Demonstrated proficiency in design fundamentals, including typography, layout, composition, color theory, branding, and style guides • Working knowledge of print production processes (prepress, color modes, bleeds, proofing, and vendor coordination) • Ability to manage projects from concept through final delivery with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail • Excellent proofreading skills, including grammar, spelling, and content accuracy • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Effective communicator comfortable working directly with attorneys, firm leadership, and cross-functional teams • Familiarity with AP style and current digital, marketing, and social media trends • Team-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn, integrate feedback, and support broader marketing initiatives • CSS/HTML knowledge a plus QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in either Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or Marketing/Advertising • Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience required, with experience in-house at a law firm or other professional services organization preferred • Applicants should be prepared to submit a portfolio of original work created without the use of generative AI tools.
