Graphic Design Coordinator

Responsibilities • Design and produce on-brand marketing materials across print and digital platforms, including brochures, newsletters, advertisements, presentations, pitch decks, event collateral, email campaigns, social media, web graphics, and video • Create digital graphics, infographics, flowcharts, and simple animations to clearly communicate complex information • Review, edit, refine, and prepare images, layouts, and print-ready and optimized digital files using Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Canva • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team and internal clients to translate concepts into visually compelling designs and enhance presentations • Ensure consistency with firm branding and style guidelines across all materials; manage templates, design files, and the firm’s photo and asset libraries • Coordinate with external vendors on print production and file delivery • Track and manage design requests using the team’s project management tools; support internal communications, and special projects • Aapply AI tools to support design and production workflows • Partner with marketing to create and organize website images, icons, and visual components as necessary Qualifications: Education and Experience • Bachelor’s degree in either Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or Marketing/Advertising • Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience required, with experience in-house at a law firm or other professional services organization preferred • Applicants should be prepared to submit a portfolio of original work created without the use of generative AI tools.
