Graphic Design Coordinator

Strong mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; Premiere/After Effects a plus), Canva, and advanced PowerPoint design (templates, slide masters, exporting) Demonstrated proficiency in design fundamentals, including typography, layout, composition, color theory, branding, and style guides Working knowledge of print production processes (prepress, color modes, bleeds, proofing, and vendor coordination) Ability to manage projects from concept through final delivery with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent proofreading skills, including grammar, spelling, and content accuracy Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Effective communicator comfortable working directly with attorneys, firm leadership, and cross-functional teams Familiarity with AP style and current digital, marketing, and social media trends Team-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a willingness to learn, integrate feedback, and support broader marketing initiatives CSS/HTML knowledge a plus Bachelor’s degree in either Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or Marketing/Advertising Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience required, with experience in-house at a law firm or other professional services organization preferred Applicants should be prepared to submit a portfolio of original work created without the use of generative AI tools.
