AVO is seeking a strategic, versatile Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. We’re seeking someone with a strong visual eye, who excels in turning ideas into compelling creative, and has excellent attention to detail. This role requires a holistic understanding of brand and marketing with the ability to connect creative assets to broader business goals. This designer will work closely with creative and strategy teams to develop a wide range of marketing and brand materials—including emails, promos, paid media, and organic social—while confidently owning projects from concept to execution. Work Concept and design marketing campaign assets—including email, paid media, and organic social Communicate and present creative concepts to build alignment and move projects forward Challenges Managing multiple projects at once Managing details across a lot of moving parts Solid knowledge of marketing, brand, and design principles and development Passion for creativity and design Experience 5+ years of experience in graphic design in brand, marketing, and campaign work or equivalent in the design field Proficiency in design software (Figma and Adobe Creative Suite)
