Graphic Design / Customer Interface

RESPONSIBILITIES Interface with customers on the phone and via email Answer customer inquiries about company products Write up estimates and invoices Create graphics layouts per customer specifications Occasionally box/ship General office work as needed Other duties as needed Job Requirements: REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS Ability to effectively communicate over the phone / via email / in person Knowledge of graphic design programs, preferably Corel Draw Familiarity with writing invoices Ability to calculate areas, material costs, quantities, etc. Some knowledge of construction a plus. Detail oriented, well organized, mature and dependable Ability to multi task Enjoys helping Good driving record Willingness to learn
