Job Description Our Custom Promotional Products Company is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented person to help manage day-to-day office responsibilities, while managing customer and vendor relations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is ambitious, empathetic, and collaborative. Requirements: • Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook • Proficient use of Adobe Illustrator • Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions experience preferred • Exceptional organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills • Ability to track, balance and reconcile vendor and client records • Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must • Website knowledge, including SEO and Blogging desirable • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Full-time, non-exempt position during office hours of 9:00-5:30 to meet client needs.
