Graphic Design Customer Service Assistant
Join our team! We are looking for a team member dedicated to assisting in our customer service areas.
We are a print shop located in Kendall, FL. Must be able to come into the office.
Position is on site - Monday to Friday -
Hours are approx. 11am - 5pm -- about 30-35 hours weekly.
REQUIREMENTS:
Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator -- resizing artwork, typing, changing font move items, crop, save etc. ( you will not be creating new artwork/graphics. ) We can teach ideal candidate.
Ability to greet walk in customers & take note of customers needs in order to create a quote and process an order
Answer client emails and phone calls
Check on progress of orders & organize timelines for orders to be made
Good communication skills and work well in a team setting
Ability to work well under deadlines and perform multiple tasks effectively with strong attention to detail
Organized, independent and be able to multitask.
Spanish and English to communicate with clients + coworkers as team work coordination is a big part of this position. Both are needed
