Graphic Design Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for a team member dedicated to assisting in our customer service areas. ( you will not be creating new artwork/graphics. ) • Ability to greet walk in customers & take note of customers needs in order to create a quote and process an order • Answer client emails • Check on progress of orders & organize timelines for orders to be made • Good communication skills and work well in a team setting • Ability to work well under deadlines and perform multiple tasks effectively with strong attention to detail • Self-motivated, passionate, inventive, and energetic. • Position will be required to assist in other areas of the company as needed to ensure all clients are taken care of and orders get made. • Spanish and English to communicate with clients + coworkers as team work coordination is a big part of this position.
