Graphic Design / Department Lead

Now Hiring: Design Department Lead (Bilingual – English & Spanish) Location: Allentown, PA Type: Full-Time We’re looking for a strong communicator and experienced leader to head our design department. This person will oversee all incoming design work, ensure accuracy across proposals and production files, and act as the go-to between sales, production, and clients. Responsibilities: • Lead and support the design team in daily workflow • Review all proofs, mockups, and production files for accuracy and feasibility • Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking staff and clients • Ensure all projects align with client expectations and signage standards • Collaborate with sales and project managers to maintain timelines and quality Requirements: • Strong background in signage, large format printing, or related industry • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (and other relevant design tools) • Excellent organizational and leadership skills • Experience managing or mentoring a small team is a plus
