Job Overview

Our growing marketing company is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in North Houston. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both graphic design and digital marketing and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and campaigns.

We specialize in marketing campaigns for financial advisors and insurance agents across the country. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, social media experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

Design and produce marketing materials including postcards, mailers, flyers, brochures, social media graphics, email graphics, and presentations
Prepare print-ready artwork and digital assets according to project specifications
Collaborate with the Sales, Admin, and Operations teams to ensure project accuracy and timely completion
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Communicate professionally with team members regarding revisions, approvals, and project updates
Maintain organized project files and follow company processes and workflows
Coordinate with printer vendors regarding artwork specifications, revisions, submissions, and production timelines
Assist with updating templates, marketing materials, and internal branding assets
Perform final proofing of all artwork before production to ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, dates, venue information, logos, formatting, and overall layout quality
Manage and monitor text reservation systems for seminar campaigns, including reviewing reservation responses and ensuring accurate setup information
Develop and manage social media content calendars across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Create engaging graphics, captions, videos, and promotional content aligned with company branding
Schedule and publish social media content consistently
Monitor social media accounts, comments, messages, and engagement
Respond to inquiries and interact with followers in a professional and timely manner
Track social media performance metrics and provide monthly reporting and recommendations
Assist with paid social media advertising campaigns and audience targeting
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to support campaigns and promotions
Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
Help increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation efforts
Coordinate with clients regarding content approvals or campaign updates when needed
Assist other departments as needed to support overall company operations and client success

Qualifications

Experience in graphic design, digital marketing, social media management, or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Experience creating print-ready artwork and digital marketing content
Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and social media scheduling platforms
Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectively
Experience with Facebook Ads or paid social media campaigns is required
Video editing experience is a plus
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Education:

Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required for candidates with strong relevant experience and portfolio work.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
