Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Print Specialist to join our innovative team. Develop, interpret and confirm customer specifications for designated programs/projects as it relates to Print. Producing high-quality digital print materials, ensuring every project meets our rigorous standards for color accuracy, layout precision, and overall visual impact.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor all aspects of Electronic Fulfillment projects.
Prepare and distribute job instructions, manage account list, interact with Account Management and client to coordinate jobs, schedule and follow-up on all components of projects throughout the Company.
Adhere to quality assurance procedures and to all ISO 9001 related standards. Including review of all digital and hardcopy output for aesthetics. Analytical review for proper timeframes, calculations, and distribution. Provide clean accurate output and reporting
Experienced in project management, including project updates, timelines and project iniatives. In addition to project management, experience in print as a whole is necessary: knowledge of paper stock, PMS CMYK colors, printers, and graphic arts.
Strong prioritization and organizational skills with attention to detail and quality.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills is essential
Ability to provide suggestions for future print on demand applications.
Bachelor's degree and direct mail experience preferred.
