Position: Graphic Design (Digital) Senior Designer JOB SUMMARY:We have an exciting role of Graphic Design (Digital) to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Strong Figma Experience Skills - auto layout, components and variants, variables and styles, organized files others can work inUIUX designs - using Figma to create microsites, multi-page sites, and social contentUI fundamentals: grids, type hierarchy, spacing, and designing for all states (empty, loading, error, disabled)Responsive design across mobile, tablet, and desktopEmail design, including its limits: inconsistent rendering across email clients (especially Outlook), limited font and CSS support, images that may be blocked by default, and dark mode changesClickable prototypes in Figma, including basic interactions and transitionsAccessibility basics: color contrast, type sizes, focus states, touch targets, designing to WCAG AAClean developer handoff: named layers, specs, exported assets, and availability for dev questionsWorking knowledge of how websites are built and what is realistic to developComfortable presenting digital work and explaining design decisions to teammates and clients, including those less familiar with digitalSocial Media Design - knowledge of platform requirementsSimple motion graphics for digital channels, such as animated social posts, banners, and short promo clipsKnowledge of social media platform specs: aspect ratios, safe zones, and text limits across major platformsDesigning static social content: single posts, carousels, stories, and paid social adsDesigning for small screens and fast scrolling: legible type, clear hierarchy, and clear messagesAnimation - Basic skills to be able to edit existing videosUI animation and micro interactions (Figma Smart Animate, After Effects, or similar)Lottie or other web-ready animation formatsPhoto Content Management - Tagging, processing, and Managing photo assetsPreferred candidate profileShift - 6.30 pm - 3.30 AMPerks and benefitsRemote
