Graphic Design Fellowship

The Box is seeking a Graphic Design Fellow to support visual creative across brand, marketing, merchandise, presentations, book design, and special projects. Based in New York City, this fellowship offers hands-on experience inside a live entertainment and hospitality brand known for its distinct visual world and cultural presence.This role is ideal for a current student, recent graduate, or early-career designer who is excited by bold creative environments and interested in contributing across both day-to-day brand needs and larger special initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign creative for event flyers, posters, decks, email and CRM assets, retail graphics, merchandise, and internal book pagesSupport the development of logos, brand identity materials, and reusable templatesAssist with internal page design, layout, and visual organization for book projectsAssist with special project design needs across programming, partnerships, launches, and campaignsTranslate creative direction into polished, production-ready deliverablesManage revisions, organize files, and help keep projects on schedule across multiple deadlinesContribute thoughtful visual and organizational support to ongoing creative workQualifications Training or experience in graphic design or a related fieldStrong skills in typography, layout, and brand applicationProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Google SuiteAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlinesStrong communication and organizational skillsInterest in nightlife, culture, fashion, entertainment, and experiential designAvailability to work in person in New York City is preferred, but not requiredTo apply, please email [email protected] with the subject line Graphic Design Fellowship Application.
