Graphic Design for Screen Print and Apparel

We’re looking for a graphic designer who’s just as comfortable chatting with customers as they are creating eye-catching designs—and who’s ready to pitch in on the shop floor when needed. Who You Are: • A creative thinker with a personal design style • Comfortable speaking with customers on the phone and over email • Detail-obsessed and organized, with strong follow-through • Positive, proactive, and always ready to help • Team-oriented, but capable of working independently • Passionate about custom merch, uniforms, and wearable design To ensure safety, efficiency, and high-quality output in our production environment, candidates must meet the following physical and workplace requirements: • Must be able to perform repetitive tasks such as pressing, folding, or packing. • Clean spills and ink residue immediately—from floors, presses, and other surfaces.
