Graphic Design Intern

graphic needs. We are open to this position being in office or remote, with a slight preference to being in office. Responsibilities: • Report to designers and assist and create graphic files for current museum projects (photo enlargements, text panels, artifact labels, etc.) • May include site visits to assess and problem solve exhibit design challenges • May include working with and coordinating with dmdg2 fabricators • This person will work with our team on various aspects of museum design work (we are a small team and often our roles extend beyond immediate responsibilities) • Our working hours are Monday - Friday and we are open to this position being remote. Skills: • Graphic Design • An interest in Exhibit Design and Museum Studies • Proficient in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator - Abilities in Revit, Sketchup, and CAD will be considered • Problem solving skills • Ability to multi-task • Attention to detail • Excellent communication skills • Positive attitude • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines • Positive attitude and the willingness to join and collaborate with a close knit team
