This internship offers hands-on experience in creating digital and print marketing materials in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This internship is designed to provide meaningful, career-building experience while supporting RFG’s mission of empowering financial advisors through thoughtful, engaging, and well-executed design. Responsibilities: • Assist with the design and production of digital and print assets including social graphics, presentations, flyers, brochures, and web visuals • Support creation of marketing collateral that maintains brand consistency across platforms • Collaborate with the Graphic Designer and marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts • Help organize and manage brand asset libraries • Contribute to updating visual elements across advisor and corporate materials • Prepare design files for web, print, and internal distribution • Assist in editing templates and layouts in platforms such as Canva and Adobe Creative Suite • Participate in team meetings and offer fresh ideas and perspectives Requirements: • You will be asked to submit at least 3 of your work samples as a pre-requisite to be considered for this opportunity. • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); experience in Canva a plus • Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling • Familiarity with design best practices for web and social media • Excellent communication and time management skills • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to meet deadlines • Willingness to receive and apply feedback in a collaborative team environment • Bonus: Familiar with the latest Ai integrations with design and creative process
