Our role shifts depending on what's needed most: sometimes we lead, sometimes we support, always we listen. You will participate in team meetings to present your ideas and gather feedback, as well as engage in the revision process to refine your designs. Strong time management skills will enable you to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. This position has a flexible schedule between the hours of 8:00am and 5:30pm. Occasional work outside of normal business hours may be required and is determined by the needs of assigned projects, meetings, or events.
