Graphic Design Intern

Job Title: Graphic Design Intern Cardinal Capital Group is a real estate investment fund specializing in financing development projects throughout Greater Boston. We’re looking for a Graphic Design Intern to support our Creative Director and Marketing Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for a creative, motivated individual interested in growing their design skills while gaining experience across all aspects of a fast-paced marketing team in the real estate and finance space. Design & Creative Development • Work closely with the Creative Director to design digital assets for social media, email, web, and print • Assist in creating branded marketing materials including flyers, brochures, pitch decks, signage, and event graphics • Help develop visual content for campaigns, funding announcements, and property spotlights • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all channels • Attend occasional content shoots to support creative production Marketing Support • Assist the Marketing Coordinator with content scheduling, community engagement, and campaign coordination • Help draft captions and upload creative to platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook • Participate in brainstorming sessions and help bring marketing concepts to life through visuals • Support reporting and analytics by formatting visuals and content for presentations Additional Duties: • Update website imagery and help format content in WordPress • Research design trends, competitor branding, and digital presentation styles • Contribute to internal asset organization and file management Qualifications: • Strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) • Familiarity with Canva or Figma is a plus • Understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a team • Interest in real estate, marketing, or creative storytelling encouraged Benefits: • Paid internship • Health insurance • Paid time off • Hands-on mentorship from a creative and dynamic team • Real-world experience in a fast-growing company
