About the position Responsibilities • Enhance member microsites through the AEM atmosphere • Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud to design social media graphics and email templates specifically for AJO • Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing landing pages to identify optimization opportunities • Improve search engine optimization (SEO) and integrate relevant links into current articles • Assist in allocating and evaluating assignment projects and workload to ensure effective resource management • Create SEO-optimized landing pages for site merchandising • Collaborate on the creation of social media graphics for ad campaigns Requirements • Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design or a related field • Strong attention to detail • Self-driven and receptive to coaching • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities • Strong oral and written communication skills • Adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously Nice-to-haves • Adobe Creative Cloud experience Benefits • Exposure to hands-on experience in Graphic Design • Helpful mentoring from business leaders within Marketing/Ecommerce and other departments • College credit
