About Us: Bright & Gray Creative is a full-service creative agency helping small businesses and nonprofits tell their stories through thoughtful design, strategic branding, social media, and video. We’re hiring a Design Intern for the 2025–2026 academic year (November through May), with the option to extend the internship if workload allows and it’s a good fit for both sides. This internship will focus heavily on graphic design, supporting our Design Assistant, Creative Coordinator, and Creative Director across internal and client-facing projects. This is a great opportunity to work on real-world design projects, gain agency experience, and grow your portfolio in a supportive, creative environment.
