Graphic Design Intern

Requirements: • Learn about our homegrown advanced project management tool (The Hub) • Work alongside the design team and assist them with client communication and final design delivery • Refer to design briefs to interpret customer requests and create tangible products • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements • Engage in team collaboration and presentation of ideas • Test graphics across various media • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and follow customer brand guidelines • Draft mock-ups of design materials for the company portfolio • Work on multiple projects at once, and be able to consistently meet deadlines • Remain up to date on changing trends in the graphic design industry • Assist the team with coordinating social media efforts to strengthen brand recognition Qualifications: • Be an active student or recent graduate • Ability to communicate ideas visually, orally, and in writing • A natural eye for a well-crafted design • Passion for all things design related • Basic skills, principles, and general knowledge of graphic design overall • Adobe Creative Suite experience required (1 year preferred) • Experience with Sketch and/or Figma is a plus • Excellent time management • Creativity and problem-solving skills • Sharp attention to detail • Able to accurately articulate design theory • Self-disciplined • A strong team-work spirit • Hand drawing and sketching ability are a plus
