What You’ll Do • Assist with design projects across multiple brands within our portfolio • Support product launches by creating logos, packaging graphics, and hangtags • Design marketing materials for print, social media, and digital advertising • Develop graphics used on product packaging and marketing materials • Prepare artwork and layouts for vendors, printers, and outside partners • Create web graphics for our website team and external partners • Collaborate with the marketing team to bring creative concepts to life • Maintain organized design files and assets across multiple projects What We’re Looking For • Recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field • A strong portfolio showcasing logo design, branding, and layout work • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines • Comfortable collaborating with team members and receiving feedback • Interest in the outdoor, hunting, or archery industry is a plus Please submit: • Your resume • A link to your design portfolio If you enjoy turning creative ideas into real products and want to gain hands-on experience with established outdoor brands, we’d love to talk to you. • Are you available to work full-time for a six-month temporary role?
