Indiana Sports Corp provides internship opportunities that immerse students in a professional working environment while introducing them to the not-for-profit industry. Internships are available based on business needs and can include event and volunteer operations; communications; marketing; graphic design; community engagement; sports tourism; business development; and finance. ISC’s fast paced and entrepreneurial working environment offers each intern a rich experience within his/her chosen area; however, interns are exposed to all functional areas of the company to reinforce the important role collaboration plays in a successful company.
Position OverviewThis internship role will be focused on all areas of graphic design including print, digital, and social media. The intern will gain knowledge and experience through working with the design team to create assets for our upcoming fall events including Big Ten Women’s Volleyball, Big Ten Football Championship Game, Indy Classic, and more.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate visual graphics for many different mediums (print, digital, social media, stadium boards)Contribute with on-site signage surveys and installs for multiple events Help grow our brand presence on social media, creating content, and assisting the Digital Marketing CoordinatorAssist in organizing the photo library and pulling photo selects for marketing needsLearn technical skills of design including file setup and print productionLearn how to communicate with print vendors to meet desired outcomes and timelines
QualificationsKnowledge and basic experience with Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop and Illustrator)Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, X, Facebook, LinkedIn)Please provide a portfolio or links to your workMust be currently pursuing or have recently earned a degree from an accredited undergraduate or graduate program
Internship DetailsTerm: September 8, 2026 – December 20, 2026 Schedule: 3-5 days per week (approximately 20-40 hours/week)Stipend: $2000
