Indegene is where you’ll find unrivaled opportunities to succeed and realize your full potential.Summer Internship ProgramThe summer internship program is a full‑time, 12‑week experience focused on immersive, hands‑on work within a fast‑paced creative environment. Interns will contribute directly to live client projects, supporting the development and execution of visual concepts across a range of deliverables.The program emphasizes practical design experience—from concept to production—while providing mentorship and exposure to cross‑functional collaboration within creative, strategy, and account teams.Collaborate on the development of creative concepts and visual directions for client work and brand initiativesExecute and refine design deliverables across print and digital platforms, including emails, banners, microsites, and video assetsRevise and iterate on designs based on internal feedback and LMR (legal, medical, regulatory) requirementsAssist in building layouts, production files, and presentation materials for client review and submissionParticipate in team and client meetings to understand project goals, feedback, and overall creative strategySupport ongoing creative needs, including updates to existing assets and internal design materialsAreas of InternshipGraphic DesignLearning GoalsGet a feel for how different teams work together within a pharmaceutical company—and how design fits into the bigger pictureLearn how digital work shows up in the pharma space, from campaigns to online experiencesGet exposure to how projects come together—from planning and client work to content and campaign execution across digital channelsWork alongside a variety of teams (like strategy, analytics, production, and campaign management) to see how everything connectsResponsibilitiesTrain as a core member of the team to assist in delivering client projectsContribute to multidisciplinary teams and build relationships across departmentsTrain with cross‑functional teams to assist with the execution of strategic projects for clientsGain insight into the various roles and other functional groupsSupport the creative team across concept development, campaign execution, and production, contributing to visual design solutions across digital and print channels (including layouts, emails, banners, microsites, and video), while incorporating feedback, analytics insights, and cross‑functional input into design iterationsImprove written and verbal communication skills to communicate complex information to a variety of audiencesDevelop and present one structured presentation relevant to internship activities in consultation with the internship supervisorQualificationsMust be authorized to work in the U.S.Must be available full‑time (40 hours/week) for a minimum of 12 weeks during the summer monthsMinimum GPA of 3.0/4.0Applicants must be current undergraduate or graduate students—or recent graduates—of a U.S.‑accredited college or universityAbility to demonstrate strong analytical and quantitative skillsAbility to balance multiple projects and initiatives while executing resultsMust be a self‑starter who works independently while contributing to team goalsProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and PremiereSkillsTeamwork and collaborationCommunication skillsProblem solvingFlexibility/AdaptabilityInterpersonal skillsOral and written communication skills and professionalismGlobal mindset to thrive in a diverse work environmentEqual OpportunityIndegene is proud to be an Equal Employment Employer and is committed to a culture of inclusion and diversity.
