We are proud to foster a workplace culture that has been recognized with several Top Workplace awards.Job Summary An EDA Graphic Design Intern will gain hands-on experience in all stages of the creative process and will help develop, expand, and maintain visual assets across various platforms. Working closely with a team of marketing professionals, and a dedicated design mentor, you will build expertise and apply real-world design principles using the latest tools and techniques. Responsibilities for Graphic Design & Marketing InternAssist in creating visual assets for external-facing marketing initiatives, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, and website contentDesign and publish visual content for EDA's intranet and external website in alignment with brand guidelinesSupport the creation of compelling visuals for media pitches and earned media opportunitiesMaintain and organize the digital asset library, ensuring design files are up-to-date, version-controlled, and easily accessibleContribute to the development of visual concepts for marketing campaigns and brand strategy proposalsVisit and photograph EDA jobsites, editing and preparing images for use across internal and external platformsMonitor design trends and social media visual styles to keep EDA's creative content fresh and relevantSupport the planning and design of materials for marketing and culture events (e.g. signage, presentations, giveaways)Assist the communications and marketing teams with content development, campaign coordination, and project management tasksSupport marketing analytics efforts by helping track campaign performance and compile reporting materialsParticipate in marketing strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions to understand how design fits into broader business objectivesHelp manage marketing calendars, timelines, and cross-functional project workflowsOther design and creative projects as assigned by the VP of MarketingPortfolio Requirement: A design portfolio is required for consideration.
