Position: Graphic Design Intern at Naylor Association Solutions (Naylor, LLC) OverviewThe Graphic Design Intern will assist in developing visual content for marketing, and production-related initiatives. This role provides hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced creative environment, working on diverse digital and print projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.Remote, part‑time position, up to 25 hours per week, with daytime availability required.ResponsibilitiesAssist in creating marketing materials, including social media graphics, digital ads, brochures, presentations, and website assets.Ensure consistency across all design projects by adhering to brand guidelines.Develop and refine layouts, typography, and visual elements to align with project objectives.Work closely with the Creative Director and marketing team to execute design projects.Provide creative input while maintaining brand integrity.Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely project completion.Prepare files for both digital and print production, ensuring correct formatting and specifications.Support and maintain updates for websites, brochures, and media kits, incorporating necessary design elements and content layout.Other duties may be assigned as needed.Software & ToolsUtilize Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other design software.Work with content management systems (Word Press, Elementor Editor) for website updates.Familiarity with generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Mid Journey, Adobe Firefly) is a plus.Time Management & OrganizationManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Keep design files organized and maintain clear documentation of project progress.Leverage automation platforms and AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.QualificationsCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.Ability to work independently while taking direction effectively.Strong organizational and communication skills.Basic knowledge of web design, UI/UX principles, and Figma is a plus.Learning OpportunitiesGain hands‑on experience in a creative and professional environment.Build a diverse portfolio with real‑world design projects.Develop technical skills in both digital and print.Learn about branding, marketing, and production workflows.Featured Benefits401(k)#J-18808-Ljbffr
